About the company

Evolve Ltd. was established in December 2000. A group of individuals, who collaborated previously under the Central brokerage company Plc. (Centralna borzno posredniška družba, d.d.), has identified a market opportunity.

Results of a years-long development of software applications for financial institutions, as well as rich experiences from working with clients and many own findings have led in 2002 to the decision of investment in the development of the software platform Shark - the platform for comprehensive support of business processes of various financial institutions.

Currently there are 10 employees (6 programmers, 2 project leaders, the director and the secretary), and two regular external collaborators.
